Height is brought through textured art. Clothed with gold, teal, white and black acrylic paint.
This piece is meant to be studied with deep emotional connection to one's self.
The edges next to the heightened canvas change - when peering from the left you will see gold, but turn you head to gaze from the right and you will only see black. This symbolizes how complex we humans are.
We are both light and shadow.
Both gold and dark.
Some can't understand this fully yet. Some struggle with the acceptance. Some feel as if though they walk through mist that shields them from the details of the truth. Some walk here in oblivion, and others willfully so.
